为保障您的安全，根据国家文旅部和省文旅厅、市文旅局相关要求，制定以下参观须知，请仔细阅读:

一、请从西大门(天一街10号)入馆,并根据承载量控制参观人数。当遇到观众人员密度较大时，将视具体情况采取限流措施，敬请谅解；

二、实行购票入园参观，推荐使用天一阁博物院微信公众号、网站等线上渠道购票,请务必携带本人身份证；

三、团队观众请提前登入天一阁微信公众号购票，以便妥善安排入馆；为保障参观质量，提倡团队每批次观众不超过30人；

四、禁止吸烟,倡导文明参观,杜绝随意吐痰、乱扔垃圾、打喷嚏咳嗽不掩口鼻等不文明行为；

五、院内请勿摄像、展厅拍照时请勿使用闪光灯及三角架；请自觉遵守参观秩序，禁止攀爬、戏水；

六、严禁携带宠物、易燃易爆、管制械具等危险品进入内，或开展影响他人参观的活动；酗酒者、衣冠不整者以及无行为能力或限制行为能力者无监护人陪伴的，谢绝入内；

七、院内通道狭窄，且多台阶，请在欣赏美景的同时，谨慎行走，注意通行安全；若遇雨雪天气，请留意脚下，防止滑倒；

八、如遇各类突发事件，请服从工作人员指挥。

Tianyige Museum has been implementing strict safetymeasures according to regulations issued by the national, provincial and municipal authorities. Please follow the below instructions for your safety.

1. Please enter the museum through the West Gate located in No.10 Tianyi Street. Control measures will be takento limit the number of visitors when reaching the maximum carrying capacity.

2. Please buy the ticket on TianyigeWeChat account or website, and show your pass at the entrance.

3. For group visits, please buy the tickets on TianyigeWeChat account. Each group is limited to 30 visitors.

4. No smoking. No spitting. No littering.Please cover your mouth and nose when coughing or sneezing.

5. No Filming. No flash or tripod in the exhibition halls. No climbing.Keep off the water.

6. Do not carry pets, inflammables or explosives into the museum. Those under the influence of alcohol, sloppily dressed or incapacitatedare not allowedto visit without company.

7. Please mind your steps, especially on rainy or snowy days.

8. Please follow the instructions of themuseumstaff in case of emergency.
